This Privacy Policy explains how Secured Calls ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our branded calling service (the "Service").
We do not collect personal information that identifies you, such as your name or email address. Our system operates without requiring the collection of any personally identifiable information (PII).
We collect phone numbers only when required for making calls on the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). However, this information is not paired with any other data that could be used to identify a person.
The information collected (your contact number/mobile number) is stored securely on our servers. This information is then accessed to route the In-App calls to your device. We do not sell this information in any form.
We collect information you provide while using the Service, including call logs, messages, and any other data submitted through the Customer Portal.
We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the Service, including processing transactions and providing customer support.
We use your information to communicate with you about the Service, updates, and other information, including sending administrative messages, updates, and marketing materials.
We use your information to understand and analyze how you use the Service and to improve and develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
We may share your information with third-party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintenance, customer relationship management, database storage, and payment processing.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a request from a competent authority.
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly.
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Service may become inaccessible or not function properly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
